Touchbiance is an
interactive experience, allowing users to control an image or animation with
their motions. The image becomes animated when visitors walk or move infront of
it, creating a full body interactive customer experience combining movement.
The system reads the position of the body at all times, allowing for real time
movement and interaciton with the displayed graphics.
Using Touchbiance,
images projected on a wall, screen, ceiling, floor, or other surface over a
meter's distance from the projector become animated by walking over or in front
of the display, or merely by casting a moving shadow on it.
Animated effects induced by movement can be created on still or animated 2D or
3D images including photographs, drawings, logos, and designs. The special
effects that can be programmed are endless and an optional Touchbiance SDK
(Software Developer Kit) facilitates development of various sound and other
visual effects.
